Terms and Return Policy
IMPORTANT: We will not give or sell your information to anybody, ever! See below.
Our Return Policy is simple:
Unless your merchandise arrives damaged (see below), we cannot accept any
returns. All sales are final, as is. This is normal practice for vendors of
video tapes and DVD's. That being said, we do very much hope you enjoy our
productions; much work and TLC went into each and every one of them and many
people have been extremely pleased to own them and watch them repeatedly!
Damaged Merchandise:
If your merchandise was in some way defective (e.g., your video doesn't play
correctly despite several attempts or a shirt arrives with an ink splot that our
quality control somehow missed), contact me via email and describe the problem.
If we cannot resolve it or it is obviously damaged, then I'll send you a
replacement at no extra charge with no further questions asked!
We will NEVER sell or give your
email or other information to ANYBODY. That includes spammers, marketers,
other businesses...everybody. We hate spam with a purple passion and will
certainly not contribute to that blight upon humanity in any way!
Shipping Explained
You will be presented with a number of shipping options as soon as you "Add Item To Cart". This store has a powerful shipping engine that queries the U.S. Postal Service, UPS and Fedex databases. Thus, you can be confident that the shipping charges calculated for your order are based on the most accurate and up-to-date rates. With the bewildering choices available, I want to give you a guide to help you quickly choose the shipping method that makes most sense. I encourage you to TRY different shipping methods to find your own optimal balance between speed and economy. To do so, after you have clicked "Add Item to Your Cart", you will see the item that you have selected in your shopping cart. Just click "Click here to change shipping option" to try a new method and see the corresponding charges.
For most orders, the following shipping methods are recommended:
U.S. orders: Priority Mail makes sense for 2 or more items. Even for one item (e.g., one video tape), mailing it U.S. Priority costs a few pennies more than First Class. For one DVD or one t-shirt, it makes sense to choose First Class.
International Orders: For most orders comprising 1-3 items, the most economical way to get your merchandise is to choose US Postal Service International Air Letter Post. Parcel Post becomes more economical only for large orders (weight greater than 3 lbs.).
Remember, you can always just try various methods until you've found the one that suits you best. And if you "mess up" and end up with unwanted multiples of your item(s), just adjust the quantity of your item to the desired number or empty the cart and re-order.
